Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient arrival window.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Chia ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
